为了满足在广泛应用下对高负载自润滑轴承的需要，涟屹已经开发出一系列纤维强化复合自润滑轴承产品。这些轴承同时具有PTFE的卓越润滑特性，和定向玻璃纤维缠绕结构的高强度和稳定性。
  涟屹纤维强化复合轴承采用环氧树脂浸渍定向缠绕纤维的复合结构，为高负载工况下的轴承提供很高的轴向和径向强度。
In order to meet the needs of high load self-lubricating bearings in a wide range of applications, Liangyi has developed a series of fiber reinforced composite self-lubricating bearings.These bearings combine the superior lubrication properties of PTFE with the high strength and stability of a directional fiberglass wound construction.

低摩擦运转
 涟屹自润滑纤维强化复合轴承在相对运动不足，而在使用传统轴承无法形成有效油膜的场合尤其表现出色。纤维强化复合轴承表面PTFE的天然润滑能力确保在干摩擦条件下轴承的较低摩擦系数。

Low friction operation
The performance of lianyi self-lubricating fiber reinforced composite bearings is especially good when the traditional bearings cannot form an effective oil film.The natural lubrication ability of PTFE on the surface of fiber reinforced composite bearing ensures a lower friction coefficient of the bearing under dry friction conditions.

各种尺寸和形状
 涟屹纤维强化复合轴承标准尺寸范围是内径，12mm至150mm【1/2“至6”】，壁厚2.5mm和5mm【1/8“和1/4”】，最大长度400mm{16“}。
根据需要，可以特别定制内径尺寸为10mm至500mm以上【3/8“至20”以上】，壁厚和/或长度均可定制。

All sizes and shapes
The standard size range of Liangyi fiber reinforced composite bearings is inner diameter, 12mm to 150mm [1/2 "to 6"], wall thickness 2.5mm [1/8 "and 1/4"], and maximum length 400mm{16 "}.
Customized inner diameter sizes from 10mm to more than 500mm [3/8 "to more than 20"], wall thickness and/or length can be customized as required.
